Diesel-driven hydraulic power-packs
A diesel-driven hydraulic power-pack delivers oil under pressure to hydraulic motors or cylinders. We supply these power-packs usually combined with hydraulic pumps. The pressurized oil is transported through hydraulic hoses or pipes to the hydraulic pump. The velocity of the pump can be varied by the oil flow. Multiple pumps can be powered by one power-pack. In that case, proportional valves are needed to regulate the speed of the connected pumps individually. Some applications of diesel/hydraulic power-packs are the energysource for:

These power-packs can be configured for a wide capacity range from 10 kW to 1900 kW. Depending on the needs and budget of the client a customized configuration is possible.
The type of power-pack that we supply depends on your needs. Holland Special Pumps has power-packs designed and manufactured as a stand-alone dieselpowered units for on-and offshore, tankstoragem, refineries, oil- and gasplants, etc.
Also electrically-powered units are designed for above applications and can be installed in the engineroom of ships. The dieselengine or electric motor is the actuator in the power-pack. HSP has several power-packs that can be delivered directly, we can also help you with designing the perfect unit for your application.
